How will I use my password?
To access electronic services, you must log in to the system using your Turkish ID number and the password you obtained from PTT offices, Türksat Cable Offices, or population registration offices. To use services that require an e-signature or mobile signature, you may also need to obtain an e-signature or m-signature, depending on the service.
- After logging in with your password, you will be asked to change your password. In this case, enter the password you obtained from PTT branches and directorates, Türksat Cable Offices, or population registration offices, then create a new password that you choose yourself and that meets certain criteria (explained on the password change page). After completing these steps, you can log in to the system with your new password.
