The pending transaction is not visible in mobile approval, what should I do?

If the device used to access the Mobile Approval menu is not a registered device, the menu will not display the action. If you configure the device as a registered device after completing the two-step login process, you will be prompted to enter the Mobile Approval menu after entering your password for browser and unregistered devices. If your registered device does not have an internet connection, the Mobile Approval menu will not receive a prompt.
