I didn't receive a notification on my registered device, what should I do?

If you have a registered device and are not receiving a notification when logging into the e-Government Gateway from a device other than your registered device, first check your device's internet connection. If you are connected to the internet but still receive no notifications, you can log in using one of the following methods:

• Login with QR Code: You can log in by scanning the QR code associated with the transaction from the "Scan QR Code" menu on the login page of the e-Government Gateway mobile app on your registered device.

• Login with Mobile Approval: You can log in by providing approval from the "Mobile Approval" menu on the login page of the e-Government Gateway mobile app on your registered device.

If your registered device does not have an internet connection, you can log in using the following method:

• Login with Verification Code: After waiting for the notification period to expire, you can receive a verification code via SMS to your verified phone number using the "Send Message" button.
