I am abroad and cannot receive a verification code, what should I do?

There may be operator-related issues with sending SMS messages abroad. Before traveling abroad, you can log in to the system without any problems by taking the following precautions.

• You can designate your mobile device as a registered device.

• You can complete your two-step login with a backup code by creating a backup code.

If you are not using these features and cannot receive SMS messages, you should contact your operator.
