I lost/had my registered device stolen, what should I do?

If you lose or have your registered device stolen, it is recommended that you change or delete it after logging into your e-Government Gateway account.

How can I log in to the system without a registered device?

If you cannot access your registered device, you can request a verification code via SMS after the notification confirmation period has passed. You can use this verification code to log in to the system and then delete your registered device.
