I don't have my recovery email, what should I do?

If you change your SIM card after enabling two-step login, your SIM card will be blocked. In this case, you will not be able to log in to the system by receiving a verification code via SMS.

The recovery email address is used to remove the SIM block encountered during the system login process. Adding a verified email address to your e-Government Gateway account will create a recovery email address.

After logging in to your e-Government Gateway account, you can verify your email address from the "Communication Options" page if you are using a web browser, or from the "My Profile" page if you are using the mobile app.
