I don't know what to do in case of problems while logging in with the changed password.

The e-Government Portal identity verification system is case-sensitive, so characters must be entered exactly as they were typed when changing the password. Password changes and updates can only be made by the user. When entering your password, ensure that the caps lock key is not engaged.
If the system displays the warning ‘Your transaction could not be completed due to a server problem,’ you may not be able to log in due to a technical glitch. Please try logging in again later with your password.
If the problem persists, and you have previously verified your mobile phone number or email address on the page, you can retrieve your password by clicking the ‘Forgot my password’ button on the identity verification page. If the verification process has not been completed, you will need to obtain a new password from PTT offices or authorised agents within the country, Türksat Cable Offices, or Embassies and Consulates abroad.
